How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery takes a maximum of 7 days, but in exceptional cases it may take a little longer. You can of course always contact us at info@qwats.com

I have received a wrong item, what now?

If you have received the wrong item or are missing one or more items from your order, please contact us and include the following information if possible:

  1. Your order number. You will find it in the confirmation email of your order.
  2. A photo of the incorrectly delivered product.

We will then send the correct items as quickly as possible and let you know whether we want you to return the incorrectly delivered item(s). Of course we will reimburse all shipping costs.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns at this time.

Can i cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting us as soon as possible. You can do this by sending an email to info@qwats.com. If the order is already on its way, you must return it after receipt.
